Hello to all, 
As you have probably heard, there will be a �total� solar eclipse on Friday, August 1st, 2008. It will only be visible from a part of North America, in Nunavut, in the Great North. To underline and celebrate this natural, grandiose and unique natural event, the next Eclipse Festival in Canada presented by Tech Safari will begin on the same day and will thus exceptionally be held next August 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th.

The August 1st solar eclipse will be an annular eclipse, then a total eclipse.
Fifth total eclipse of the 21st century, it will begin at 9:21:07 UTC, and the total eclipse will begin at 9:24:1 UTC.
It will only be visible from North America, Asia and the Arctic.
The total eclipse will in turn cross the following countries:
� Canada (Nunavut)
� Greenland (extreme north)
� Norway (only the isle of Kvit�ya, east of the Svalbard archipelago)
� Russia (west of the Francis-Joseph archipelago, New-Zemble, Siberia, Novosibirsk)
� Kazakhstan (extreme east, near the border with China and Russia)
� Mongolia (extreme west)
� China
The eclipse is expected to end at 11:21:28 UTC. The maximum duration of the centrality phase will be 147 seconds (2 minutes, 27 seconds), at 10:21:6 UTC.

I was hoping Eclipse would follow the eclipse, too bad but either way, this festival is quite and experience, not to be missed.

I have been looking forward to making it out to Eclipse for years. This summer my partner Norris and I are honored to make it out to play some tunes as Sons of Aurora... then it's off to Ibiza and then Boom.
I am really looking forward to checking out the diversity of culture and energies at these three world-class, although nicely varied party experiences. It's going to be the perfect ending to a great summer ahead.
